This little thoughtful card is perfect for letting someone know they are being thought of this Father's Day. It has a potted heart, which is planted in a terracotta pot with a star on, in this example I have written the name "Dad" on the stem but I can change this for you, please leave me a message in the notes box at checkout if you would like something different.
